I love the size of the F1 pro! I can take it everywhere because of the size.

I ordered a pair of Hall Joysticks for my device (another brand than Onexplayer) to replace the current Alps Joysticks on my device. So day after of my order, the support team get in touch with me and asked to verify my device serial number. So honestly I said that I don’t own any of your device, but I need those pair of Hall joysticks to replace my inaccurate Alps sticks. They said, we can’t give your any guarantee of fitment and working of the sticks and any instruction of installing the sticks. If I agreed with that they would send it. And I replied that I will agree with that and I would take any responsability of wrong chose of Hall sticks, damage when installing it (bothe the sticks and any damage on my device) and if it will not working even if it fits perfectly. At the end of the day I got and superb experience with them, the sticks fitment was perfect, after calibrating both of them, it works flawlessly! And now I am a happy user of Hall sticks which they are more precise and smoother as my older Alps. From beginning till the end I got excellent experience. I highly recommend this company, superb and clear communication, fast shipping etc.. Before I got my current handheld, I already did my research and had an eye on one of his flagship model, but it was a bit to big in size for me. I needed a bit smaller one and a dedicated keyboard. So you guess, I did go with a brand who has a dedicated keyboard and still happy of my chose because I don’t like a virtual keyboard on the half of screen while gaming, even when webbrowsing or something else. But if I consider to buy a new handheld again, definitly I would one from these guys. Because the support is much important for me than the device itself. If they don’t let me alone on the road, I am sure, for his real consumers they own those devices will get full support without any doubts! Just little summary of this :) I highly recommend!

Great work perfectly

Accidentally broke the screen of my F1Pro after owning it for a week. Was able to order a replacement easily. Someone from the company even emailed me to confirm that I had ordered the right part for my device. More than willing to buy from them again.

This machine definitely checks the box of jack of all trades. While it might be the master of none, it has a strong foundation to do most very well and has the ability to expand to be even more. Since I got it, I installed Bazzite on it to make it like a Steam Deck and can dual boot into Windows so I can even play those games that are cheat enabled. I highly recommend doing this kind of setup for a machine that transforms to the occasion.

I think it's pretty appropriate the free transformer ear buds came with it. This machine is truly a transformer.

Coming from a normal laptop for gaming, I couldn't see myself going back to that restrictive platform again. Onexplayer really set the bar high and I hope they continue on that path.

Suggestions for future models would include possibly a GPS for tracking and navigation because of it's portable nature and in case it is ever lost. Also, maybe an esim for mobile data. These should be options and if people are willing to pay for it would really make it the chef's kiss. I also think nice to have would be a slightly bigger screen with VRR. 12.4 is probably the biggest I'd go since that's already used for other tablets.

Overall, great device though. You can't go wrong and definitely recommend putting Bazzite on the device for the best experience. Maybe Onexplayer could even have that as an option to allow it to dual boot if they can sell it that way. Great job onexplayer team!

Very good case. Please, next time don't use the transporter Yanwen, better use DHL. My bag came after 37 days with Yanwen+ brazilian Correios, I don1t liked. But the case is very good.
