Return & Refund Policy
Ⅰ. You can return any products purchased from onexplayerstore.com that are in "Dead on Arrival" or "Arrival in Damage" conditions within 7 days after receipt. onexplayerstore.com reserves the right to test the returned products that are claimed as "Dead on Arrival" or "Arrival in Damage".
Ⅱ. Any returned product that is damaged through customer misuse, missing parts, or is in unsalable condition due to customer tampering will result in a higher return fee for the customer according to the situation of the product. Returned products due to customs clearance delays or refusal to receive the package may incur additional shipping and logistics costs, which shall be borne by the customer.
Ⅲ. Onexplayerstore.com does not accept returns for items that have been delivered for more than 7 days.
Ⅳ. If a refund is requested for personal reasons after an order is created, the customer will be responsible for:
• A 5% service fee based on the order amount (transaction and payment processing fees)
• Any incurred shipping costs (if any)
• Interception or cancellation fees charged by the logistics provider (if any)
• Any other applicable charges (if any)
Please note: This fee applies regardless of the payment method, as payment processing costs may already be incurred and are not always refundable.
Ⅴ. Lost or stolen package: customers should report to the courier company within 7 days and obtain a complaint number if the tracking system shows "Delivered" but the package was not received. Once confirmed by the courier company, onexplayerstore.com will arrange a replacement or refund accordingly.
Warranty Policy
Ⅰ. ONEXPLAYER and ONE-NETBOOK products are covered by a limited warranty from the date of delivery:
For device (e.g., handheld consoles, laptops, tablets): 1-year limited warranty
For non-device (e.g., accessories such as chargers, power adapters, cables): 6-month limited warranty
For device (e.g., handheld consoles, laptops, tablets): 1-year limited warranty

Ⅱ. We provide customer support for non-personal damage and hardware-related problems.
Ⅲ. For product damage caused by customers, you may still contact us at support@onexplayerstore.com for assistance. Customers may need to bear related costs such as freight and spare parts.
Ⅳ. If quality issues occur during the warranty period after 7 days of delivery, we will provide replacement parts free of charge or offer free repair service through our after-sales center.
Customers are responsible for shipping costs when sending products back to us and any possible return tariffs after repair. We will cover the repair cost and return shipping cost back to the customer.
