My fiance got me this as a gift and I haven't put it down since it got here. This thing is a beast. I have been trying to emulate Dante's Inferno for a while now, but was unable to at all on the Steam Deck and was barely able to on my Legion Go. On the G1, it runs so perfectly with every upscaler available. The game is beautiful.
So far, it's taken everything I've thrown at it. World of Warcraft set to max graphics, PS1, PS2, Xbox 360 emulation with upscalers, Cyberpunk 2077, Redfall, Oblivion Remastered, Ark Survival Ascended, Helldivers 2, EVERYTHING.
The touch keyboard is very reactive and the buttons are premium. I haven't gotten the keyboard yet, but if I already love it without all the features I'm sure I'm going to love it even more when I can fully utilize it.
I also cannot reiterate enough how great it feels in the hands. I was nervous it was going to be uncomfortable, but because of the clamshell design I am able to set the bottom part of the clamshell in my lap so that I am not actually having to hold it up with my wrists. This device has been a godsend for my carpal tunnel syndrome, as the Legion Go (nearly identical weight) makes my hands go numb after only a few minutes of use. I've had no hand numbness whatsoever with the G1.
Lastly, this is meant to double as my university laptop, and the little bit of work and research I've done on this thing was surprisingly easy. I was worried about having to use the touchpad as a keyboard for now, but for research it has been more than do-able. Really looking forward to the keyboard, hope it just makes my experience even better. Definitely will be purchasing from OneXPlayer in the future.
