Hello ONEXPLAYER Team,

First of all, thank you for creating such an amazing handheld device. I am really enjoying the ONEXPLAYER Apex, especially for AAA gaming and during my frequent travels.

The performance is excellent, the screen looks beautiful, and the overall experience has been very impressive.

I would like to share a few suggestions and notes from my experience:

1. I had difficulty downloading and configuring RTSS for the performance overlay. It would be great if the setup process could be simplified or integrated more smoothly for users. Fortunately, YouTube channel “Nelly - Gaming Repair” helped me by sharing an alternative download link, and it worked successfully afterward.

2. The included power cable feels a bit short for comfortable use while traveling or gaming in different environments.

3. During high-performance gaming sessions, I noticed the battery becomes warm and sometimes the TDP drops automatically.

4. I would really appreciate if there is an official carry bag or travel case available for the Apex and its accessories — similar to the official Nintendo Switch 2 carry bag design, with a compact square shape that is large enough to safely carry the device and charger during travel.

Since I travel frequently for work, a durable and practical official case would be very useful and appreciated.

5. I was also hoping to purchase an extra battery for the Apex, especially because I travel frequently, but I could not find it available on the website. It would be great if replacement or additional batteries could be made easier to purchase officially.

Overall, I am very happy with the device and excited to continue using it. Thank you again for your support and for creating such a powerful handheld gaming experience.

This is my 2nd OneXPlayer device, and they never disappoint. This thing became my primary work, gaming, and portable gaming device. I even built a small surround to cover the volume and OnePlayer app button on the side so I can use my GameSir V8 Extended controller and have this thing work like a gaming handheld. This device is a Rock Star!!!
