I got my OXP mini pro 6800u in early Jan and all has been great until yesterday. I booted up Elden Ring and continued my game but the camera was spinning around continuously until i exited the game. I tried other games all having random stick issues. I tried Batocera Linux and both sticks would not register in the controller mapping but all other buttons mapped ok.
I tried to recalibrate the controls in windows but both sticks would register correctly.
Strangely in Mouse/keyboard mode the left stick works fine as a mouse.
I have done a number of factory resets (through the recovery in the boot menu) and downloaded the driver package but nothing has fixed the problem.
Any ideas on solutions or fixes to this issue.

I have contacted support@onexplayerstore.com and the support at Droix.co.uk (the agent/retailer) with links to videos of the issue and both are sending me in circles and not helping, which after a week is getting frustrating.
At this point I would not recomend the purchase of any OXP device not because of the quality of the device but due to the lack of support.
If OXP is to sell such high priced products the support needs to improve.
At the moment I would be very reluctant to purchase from OXP and other simular companies.

sorry for delay in replying. The analog stick issue has now been resolved with the help of support@droix.co.uk (retailer)
However sometimes when I turn my OXP mini pro on it won't boot and the display does not come on, the power light is blue and the fan is on. Is there a procedure to get passed this as when i tried later it worked fine.
