Purchased 8 months ago. device charger was melted from charging consistantly with extended use & joycon started to drift and 90% of games are now unplayable because of it. I Have contacted Onexplayer with support and its been back and for 2 months with no solution just with me directing me to a website and i was told to open a despute @ "https://onegx.aliexpress.com/
I go to the offical store but the costomer service isnt really helping me at all over their and unable to really make any progress at all
