I've just received my 6800U and pretty frustrated that I know support is unlikely to help this century.
Currently no game will use the right joystick, triggers and buttons properly. Do I need drivers from somewhere that is clearly unfindable?
Ive followed the instructions you get with the device which test the buttons, they all work.
In all games only the left joystick works which is useless, In spider man the settings say it's a dual sense controller.
In the windows devices section, it clearly says Xbox 360 controller.
Honestly it's a software issue which renders the main purpose of such a stupidly expensive device completely useless.
I need a solid full proof solution yesterday!
All I can find is people talking about some drifting stick issue which seems unrelatable to my issue.
HELP!!!
