No Forum responses by the company for 9 days??


  • And no Support responses for months even before that?

    Hey, I LOVE my 5800u Mini, have had zero issues, and I've got a pre-order in for a Mini Pro, but I'm hesitating with the apparent lack of support by the company in their own forums. I wonder if people have better success reaching via email for support, or is a lack of support an issue with this company?

  • @ONEXPLAYER That's great! Perhaps you could check the forums once a day to respond to issues put forth by your customers? I love my Mini, and have no issues right now, but good customer service can help attract new customers and keep old customers buying new products.
