OneXPlayer Mini 1195g7 USB-C Video Output No Longer Works

  My OneXPlayer Mini 1195g7 USB-C cannot output video through USB-C anymore, I've tried different usb-c docks including the ONEXDOCKING with different cables/monitors.

  I also reset the system but still not working.

  I tried latest the Iris Xe drivers from Intel website, neither the latest driver nor the one from Windows Update works.

  I was able to use both USB-C to DP and USB-C to HDMI before, now none of them works.

  Any suggestions?

  Hello,

  I have the same issue here for three weeks without installing anything for screening nor graphics drivers. I've checked with the Onexdocking and another dongle with usb-c and HDMI. The two worked fine before with the Onexplayer mini Intel. Any suggestion ? Thanks in advance.
