My new onexplayer keeps going off and cannot stay on for more than 1hour. Can anyone help
@Ekah Ekah the battery is ok but the game keeps switching off after every 20 to 30mins each time i put it on .

Ever since I receive the onexplayer,it have not successfully stay on for more than one hour ,it keeps going off after every 20 to 45mins and in most cases it,cannot stay on upto 10mins.The battery is fully charge and it does not run down easily but the device keeps going off on its own,despite the battery being fully charged.
