I have a question about its use. I use onexplayer 2 32gb/2TB and my device shuts down immediately every time the battery has 40% left, no matter if I clean the device again. Do not install any programs. When the number reaches 40%, the machine will shut itself down. It's like the battery runs out every time. It's caused by a problem.
