Packs quite a punch for a lower-end model!

This is my first OXP device. I was nervous that by buying the lowest-end model I won't get the chance to play some AAA titles. Gald I was wrong! It's capable of playing RE2 and RE3 remake with pretty decent settings!

I think the best part about this is the retro games that you can play on this! The sky is the limit (for the most part). This processor is incredible on that front and with a USB port available, there's so many possibilities! (Shame that there's no micro sd card slot.)

With that said; if you want top tier output for graphics & performance on AAA games, this isn't it. I believe it excels in emulation and Indie games. You need to temper your expectations on the much more demanding titles and you'll need to make some compromises in the games' settings. You may be surprised what you can play with some tweaks.

Overall, I do love this device. Ergonomics feels great, even if its hefty in hand. I'm overall surprised of the device output and for the price, I think its worth it!

OneXPlayer Mini gold intel

I just bought the mini one (intel gold) and I’m really surprise by the efficiency and the power of this handled console.

It’s really amazing for the price.
I installed my game pass game from Xbox and also my steam games and its working really fine.

Thanks to windows Os you can do the same thing as a normal computer (for exemple installing a Nintendo switch emulator =p).

I tried several games and for exemple :
Far cry primal, settings High, it works perfectly.
Stray, settings low - middle, it works nicely but some frame rate issues sometimes, eldenring, settings low - middle it’s works perfectly.

As you can see you can run really recent and powerful games and still have a really nice graphics (because the resolution is only 720P it fits perfectly the 7inches display screen, you don’t need to be in ultra in graphic game settings to have a nice looking game).

The design of the console is really nice but a bit too much thick (almost 2 times more than a Nintendo switch) but it fits nicely in your hand. It’s not too heavy also, the weight is fine.

The buttons are really great, you also have a “mouse and keyboard (virtual) button”, a windows home and a under clock button (to save battery if the game is not really powerfull).

The biggest issue in this console is the battery. It’s not that long to charge (I think around 2 hours) but it last no more than 2h30 or 3 hours (if you play a powerful game).
But I think it’s the only real problem, the others are matter of personal taste (design, weight etc).
The display screen is really nice, the result is amazing.
To conclude I really recommend this console for casual gamers and travelers.

Perfect for Indie Games & Emulation

As a long-time gamer who prefers titles that prioritize gameplay rather than if it can run at 4K/120 FPS. Since my preference is Indies, RPG's for PC & Wii, Switch, Game Cube for emulation, they perfectly fulfill my needs. The majority of my PC games run fine without any tweaking, with the exception of Hot Shot Racing & Sega All Stars Racing, which run upside down on the screen.

In my case, this device is a better Steam Deck Killer alternative in price point (when compared to the 512 version) & performance. If you don't need the power of 6800 to run Cyberpunk 2077 then this is a good choice.

Pros:Good battery life of around 4 hours with most indie games. Great size and comfortable during long sessions.

Negatives: You will either need a mouse or pen to navigate when dealing with the emulation side of things.
