Our refund policy lasts 7 days under the condition that the ONEXPLAYER kit and its accessories are unpacked. If 7 days have gone by since your purchase was delivered, unfortunately, we can’t offer you a refund or exchange.

ONEXPLAYER provides 15 days return policy. The returned ONEXPLAYER shall not have defects like man-made scratches, dente, and other flaws that affects the resell of the machine. Plus, the customer pays for the round-trip shipping cost and custom duties (if applied).

ONEXPLAYER provides 1-year warranty (calculated by date customer received the machine). We provide customer service to non man-made damages and hardware issues. Customers needs to cover the round trip postages.

We do not accept returns for refund or exchange, at the exception of items damaged in transit. To be eligible for a refund, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. It must also be in the original packaging.

If you paid for shipping and asked for a refund, we'll not refund you the shipping cost.

Refunds (if applicable)
To be eligible for a refund or exchange, you must first email us within 7 days of receiving the products at support@onexplayerstore.com with pictures of the damaged items. Upon the receipt of the damaged item, we will ship out a replacement, if available. If a replacement is not available, we will refund the full purchase price of your item.

Any cancellation on the order: third-party payment like PayPal will charge 5% restocking fee of the total value.

Lost or Stolen Packages
ONEXPLAYER is not responsible for lost or stolen packages confirmed to be delivered to the address entered for an order. Upon inquiry, ONEXPLAYER will confirm the delivery to the address provided, date of delivery, tracking information, and shipping carrier information for the customer to investigate.
