Received my T1 last Tuesday. It worked for 5 minutes, then the screen started flickering then went. I reached out to support, but didn't hear anything until today. Sorry said something about down loading some drivers, but I can't even turn it on.
I received the T1 Netbook (12th Gen Core i7 1260P + 1TB SSD model) from Indiegogo on July 29th, 2022. It booted into a bluescreen when I first started it, but I adjusted some BIOS/UEFI settings and eventually got it to boot to Win11.
However, the SOUND and microphone do NOT WORK! The Realtek driver installed was corrupted, according to the device manager, so I uninstalled the driver. When I searched for devices it reinstalled with a Microsoft HD Audio driver that says it is "working properly", but I had no sound from speakers. I finally got VERY QUIET, tinny sound working, but that's it. I have requested a link to download the drivers for the T1, but still nothing, 5 days later...
I still get DIFFERENT BLUESCREENS almost every time I power ON or WAKE it from sleep, usually several times in a row! (Photo of at least one of the failure screens attached)
I have been waiting for these drivers from ONEXPLAYER technical support for at least 5 days, since last Friday... along with any other urgent updates & digitally signed drivers I need to install.
It seems like this unit may be defective? I want to try repairs, but I need Windows OS Media to run System Restore. No software or download urls or even helpful support are provided at all, so far.
From this experience, I CANNOT RECOMMEND EARLY ADOPTION OF ONEXPLAYER DEVICES. Do NOT purchase, yet...
